LAYERED PRODUCT OF GAS DIFFUSION BODY AND ELECTRODE-ELECTROLYTE FILM JUNCTION

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a component capable of securing uniform contact pressure and a uniform contact area among respective parts when a solid polymer type reversible cell having two functions of a water electrolytic cell and a fuel cell is composed by superimposing the respective parts on one another; to provide its manufacturing method; and to provide the reversible cell provided with the component.

SOLUTION: A porous gas diffusion body and an electrode-electrolyte film junction (MEA) are superimposed on each other and integrated with each other by heating and pressing them by a press device to use the integrated body as a layered product. The heating and pressing conditions are selected from a temperature range of 90-150°C and a pressure range of 20-150kgf/cm2.
