<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a quantitative determination method for a trace amount of glycolipid, which has a small variation and a lower detection limit, and simultaneously with the quantitative determination, whereby an infrared spectrum of glycolipid can be obtained, and whereby chromatogram and information relating to a functional group of an object substance can be acquired at the same time. <P>SOLUTION: In the quantitative determination method, impurities in a sample are removed by using an alkalescent and a high performance liquid chromatograph infrared spectrophotometer is used for measurement. The method thereby allows a smaller variation and a lower detection limit than a conventional method, and further an infrared spectrum of the object substance can be obtained simultaneously with the quantitative determination. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO</p> |
