摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a glass terminal superior in a transmission characteristic of a high frequency signal. SOLUTION: In the glass terminal where signal leads 20 are glass-sealed to an eyelet 10 in which a block-like radiator is formed, the signal leads 20 are sealed to an insertion hole 25 made in the eyelet 10 by controlling them to a prescribed characteristic impedance value by equalizing upper end faces of the leads and an upper face of the eyelet. An insulating substrate 30 where conductor patterns 32 set to the prescribed characteristic impedance values are formed is fitted to the upper face of the eyelet 10, in such a way that a lower end face abuts on the upper face of the eyelet 10 and a rear face is bonded to a side of the radiator. The conductor patterns 32 are electrically connected to upper end faces of the signal leads 20 at a base end of the insulating substrate 30. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
