PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a urethane-based sealant which can be used as a sealant between outer wall members in building outer joint portions and has excellent durability. SOLUTION: This urethane-based sealant comprising 40 to 60 wt. % of a urethane component, 7 to 35 wt. % of a plasticity-imparting substance, and 5 to 50 wt. % of an inorganic filler is characterized in that the elusion amount of the urethane component is 10 to 30 wt. %. The urethane-based sealant exhibits an excellent stress-relaxing characteristic over a long period, and can enhance the durability of building outer joint portions. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
