PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a highly integrated device or an organic device showing great flexibility as it is formed on a plastic board by manufacturing a device organic material independent of crystallinity even in a density increase of the device and fine processing of 0.1μm or below. SOLUTION: A vertical field-effect transistor three-terminal organic electronic device is manufactured. The device is equipped with, at least, a first and a second electrode formed on an optional board, a monomolecular film or a monomolecular cumulative film which contains a plurality of conductive conjugate bonded groups and polar functional groups is oriented nearly in parallel in the direction of a line drawn between the first and the second electrode, and a third electrode coming into direct or indirect contact with the polymerized monomolecular film or the polymerized monomolecular cumulative film. Even a low-molecular organic thin film or a high-molecular organic thin film other than the monomolecular film can be obtained. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
