PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an automobile seat for preventing a neck injury which moderates the impact not only on a neck but also on an upper body and chest of an occupant. SOLUTION: In an automobile seat for preventing a neck injury, a head rest supporting frame is connected to both ends of a seat back frame by a plurality of elastic means having rigidity, the lower stage of the head rest supporting frame is fixed to a recliner, and a height adjusting bar of the upper stage of the head rest supporting frame for adjusting height and the head rest are coupled.
