RING GUIDE OF SPLIT YARN ON SPLITTING MACHINE

PURPOSE: A ring guide of a split yarn on a splitting machine is provided which characteristically supplies many split yarns to each bobbin without tangle and has excellent splitting efficiency. CONSTITUTION: A splitting machine comprises: a splitting winder containing cone bobbins and winding split fiber; an split control assembly controlling the tension of yarn(S); a driving unit containing a servomotor axial-driving a cake bobbin; a sensor bar installed on a potentiometer; a tension sensor generating electricity value in accordance with the tension; an automatic stop device, which is set on a path of the yarn(S), sensing an supplying end of the yarn; a yarn speed sensor containing an encoder measuring speed by rotation of the yarn(S); and a split yarn ring guide(200) changing a path angle of the yarn(S) and supplying the yarn(S) to a bobbin. The split yarn ring guide comprises: a switching roller(203), which is installed on an end of a guide bar, changing a path of the yarn(S); and a pair of ring guides(204)(205) set on the lower part of the switching roller(203).
