CHARGE/DISCHARGE CONTROL DEVICE OF STORAGE BATTERY

摘要

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a charge/discharge control device of a storage battery for accurately setting the SOC of the battery to a preset predetermined SOC, and accurately determining degradation of the battery.

SOLUTION: This charge/discharge control device of the battery 23 is provided with a constant-voltage charge means for executing constant voltage charge to the battery 23 at a predetermined voltage until a charge current value drops to a certain value; a constant-voltage discharge means for discharging the battery 23 until a discharge current is set below a predetermined current value by discharging it at a constant voltage of the voltage value when the voltage value of the battery is set to a preset value by discharging it after charging it at the constant voltage by the constant voltage charge means; and a charge amount determination means for determining that the charge state of the battery 23 is at the preset upper limit SOC when the discharge current value is set below a predetermined current value in the constant-voltage discharge by the constant-voltage discharge means. An effect capable of accurately determining a reference upper-limit charge amount can be provided.
