PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide polyester resin composition for toner, and toner in which a bisphenol component harmful to environment is not substantially incorporated and which are excellent in low-temperature fixing property, high-temperature offset resistance and blocking resistance. SOLUTION: In the polyester resin composition for toner, the detected amount of bisphenol is≤100 ppm when measured by using a pyrolysis gas chromatograph/mass spectrometer (Py-GC/MS).
