PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain high reliability by suppressing a decrease in an amount of light even in a high-temperature environment in a laser module in which a metal part is adhered to the other part with an organic adhesive. SOLUTION: The laser module includes GaN semiconductor lasers LD1-LD7, a multi-mode optical fiber 30, collimator lenses 11-17 for converting a plurality of laser beams irradiated from semiconductor lasers into a parallel beam light, and a condensing lens 20 for multiplexing the parallel laser beams to the fiber 30. A collimator lens holder 44 made of a glass for holding the lenses 11-17 is fixed with an organic adhesive containing a silane coupling agent to a heat block 10 made of a CuTe arranged fixedly with the lasers LD1-LD7. As the block 10 made of the CuTe, a content (atomic %) of P atom of 310ppm or less is used. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
