PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radiation measurement device using wireless communication, wherein costs of a cable material and construction are reduced such that a cost of an overall system is reduced, while reliability of data communication is secured. SOLUTION: In a radiation measurement device 1A including a detector 10A, a site control boards 20A and 20A', and a central control board 30, a communication system between the detector 10A and the site control boards 20A and 20A' is a wireless communication system having a multiplex structure, wherein two or more of the site control boards 20A and 20A' are multiplexed in a predetermined region including a plurality of the detectors 10A.
