PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an automatic engine starting/stopping device of an industrial vehicle capable of reliably reflecting the intention of an operator. SOLUTION: The automatic engine starting/stopping device comprises a control means to automatically stop an engine 3 when a stop condition is satisfied and a control means to automatically start the engine 3 when a start condition is satisfied, and an inching pedal 9 and an accelerator pedal 7 are stepped in simultaneously with the start condition.
