PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fluid pressure motor which can efficiently output a fluid pressure as a rotary drive force without a structure part for bringing about a deviated load or a high surface pressure slide and without almost generating an energy loss. SOLUTION: The fluid pressure motor includes a casing, a drive shaft rotatably supported to the casing, and a drive rotor disposed in a fluid chamber in the casing and rotatably cooperatively coupled to the shaft. The rotor is constituted to be rotated by injecting a fluid from a nozzle opened toward a substantially tangential direction of a rotating locus. The rotor has a supply passage for supplying the fluid under a predetermined pressure from an inlet port provided at the casing to the nozzle, and a discharge passage for discharging the fluid toward an outlet port provided at the casing from the fluid chamber.
