PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce wasteful power of an engine in a pump directly driven by an output of an engine and improving control performance of an auxiliary machine pump by using an inexpensive and compact motor. SOLUTION: The number of rotation of the engine 2 detected by an engine rotation number detecting sensor 9 for detecting the number of rotation of the engine 2 is averaged by an engine rotation number averaging means, based on the result of which the number of rotation of the motor 15 is calculated by a motor rotation number calculating means. On the basis of the output, the pump control means controls rotation of the motor 15 and the number of rotation of the hybrid pump for automobile for supplying cooling water of the engine 2.
