PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a joint structure which is improved in workability at the time of connection and manufactured at a low cost. SOLUTION: Segments 1 to be connected together each have a receiving hole 1b formed in a contact surface 1a thereof, and an axial male joint 3 is fixed to a bottom center of each receiving hole. Then a joint unit 2 having a contour suitable for being inserted into the receiving hole 1b via an elastic member 5 and having a female joint in the form of a ring joint 4 arranged therein, is interposed between the segments 1, to thereby engage the joints with each other. The joint unit 2 includes a plate portion 2b which has its thickness accommodated in both the receiving holes 1b opposed to each other, and a cylindrical portion 2c extending from the same to both ends, whereby both the portions 2b, 2c function as means for efficiently bearing an external load.
