PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for designing a precast concrete slab taking into consideration of thinning the slab in manufacturing the precast concrete slab. SOLUTION: In this slab designing method for forming the slab by lining a plurality of half precast concrete slabs formed by introducing the prestress into the precast concrete, on a specific story, a long-term deflection ratio is reduced by introducing the prestress to prevent the cracking on a precast concrete part of a lower end of the slab formed by lining the half precast concrete slabs, and the thickness of the slab formed by lining the plurality of half precast concrete slabs is determined, in designing the half precast concrete slabs.
