PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform the centering of a machining hole 2 of a workpiece 1 and the positioning of the outer periphery of the workpiece 1 at one stroke, when the machining hole 2 is not concentric with the outer peripheral surface of the workpiece 1 as shown in (B1), (B2). SOLUTION: When a centering pin 5c provided in a supply apparatus 5 is pressed against and is slid on a workpiece 1 while turning the workpiece 1 about "a center axis c parallel to the machining hole 2", the centering pin 5c is inserted into the machining hole 2, "when the center line a-b of the centering pin 5c coincides with the centerline of the machining hole 2". At the same time, an angular position securing pin 5d is inserted into an angular position securing hole 6, and "the relative rotation of the workpiece 1 about the centering pin 5c" is stopped.
