PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of korean paper which is characterized by having beautiful appearance, being inexpensive, being light and being comfortable is provided. A manufacturing method of a shroud is characterized by using the korean paper, being environmentally friendly and containing charcoal and yellow soil. CONSTITUTION: Korean paper is obtained by the steps of: cutting paper mulberry with a first cutter; steaming the cut paper mulberry into a steaming frame with 100-150deg.C of vapor for 1-8hrs.; peeling the paper mulberry from bark and drying it; soaking the bark into water; peeling the soaked bark from sheath drying the bark to manufacture white sheath; soaking the white sheath into water for 24-48hrs. to remove non-fibrous material and impurities; cutting the soaked white sheath; mixing and boiling 25kg of one selected from the group containing caustic soda, soda ash and sodium sulfate with the 200kg of the white sheath at 250deg.C; cooling a mixture, followed by washing with 5-8deg.C of water to remove fibrin, sugar, ash and oiliness; bleaching the white sheath; putting the white sheath into water to remove dust; beating the bleached sheath with a beater; transferring the sheath into a detaching device; mixing water and paper mulberry sap with the sheath, followed by stirring into the detaching device to manufacture paper paste; soaking a net into the paper paste to form a primary paper; dehydrating the primary paper with a push frame; and then drying the dehydrated paper. |
