PURPOSE: A wire/wireless PDA(Personal Digital Assistant) settlement terminal and a settlement method using the same are provided to inquire information needed for supply and make settlement a financial transaction in anywhere and any time by using the wire/wireless PDA settlement terminal through the ERP(Enterprise Resource Planning) and the electronic financial transaction. CONSTITUTION: A keypad(10) receives data for controlling the financial transaction, the ERP, and the settlement terminal. A card reader(20) reads information of various cards. A mobile communication module(60) connects to a financial communication network or an ERP system through a mobile communication network. An Internet module(70) connects to the financial communication network or the ERP system through the wire/wireless Internet. A controller(50) controls the remote connection through the mobile communication module or the Internet module, and performs a financial business through card information read from the card reader. A monitor(30) displays a processing result of the controller. A memory(40) stores a basic program for operating the settlement terminal and the controller.
