PURPOSE: Provided is a multi-stage cone-shaped thigh stem, which is inserted into a thigh bone of a patient suffering from damages of the hip joint with controlling the insertion length precisely, and improves the fixing characteristic to the hip joint. CONSTITUTION: The multi-stage cone-shaped thigh stem(10) comprises an upper neck part, to which an artificial bone head is bonded, and a lower stem part(12) inserted into the hip joint. In the thigh stem(10), a plurality of fixing members(13) are radially protruded from the outside of the stem part(12), and the fixing members(13) are tapering off toward the bottom, and multiple fixing jaws(14) are formed at a certain interval.
