PURPOSE: A table top multi-purpose counterfeit bank notes discern device is provided to discern all kinds of bank notes using a magnet and a photographic negative contained in the bank notes. CONSTITUTION: A body(10) has a guide rail(12) with an open front part and comprises a power supply on its bottom. A rotation plate(16) for forming a dark room is formed on both sides of an upper part of the body, and a mirror(18) is attached to an inside bottom part and a rear part, and an ultraviolet ray lamp(20) is installed on the upper part of the mirror of the bottom part. A lens(30) is fixed by an insertion groove(32) on an upper part of the guide rail. And a magnet plate(40) is attached to a rear part of the body.
