SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR DETECTING MULTIPLE USERS IN CDMA

PURPOSE: A system and a method for detecting multiple users in a CDMA are provided to reduce complexity of an inverse matrix by decoupling multiple user interference signals through linear conversion and detecting multiple user signals. CONSTITUTION: A matching filter(10) correlates a spread code for identifying each user of a receiving signal. A multiplier(20) multiplies a conjugate value corresponding to a size of a distorted signal estimated for compensating distortion of signals caused as each user and corresponding multi-path signal outputted from the matching filter(10) passes channels to a value outputted from the matching filter(10). An adder(30) adds the multi-path signal values outputted from the multiplier(20) by users. An inverse matrix calculator(40) a matrix outputted from the adder(30) and an inverse matrix consisting of inverse numbers of cross correlation matrixes made up of the sum of the multi-path signal values.
