<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system for being entrusted with an issue of an ID card, which rapidly, safely and inexpensively performs the new issue of the ID cards of members belonging to a customer, without reference to the number of the ID cards, in accordance with information on the customer's request to create ID cards. <P>SOLUTION: This system is connected to a plurality of customer-side data processors, which request the issue of the ID cards, via a communication network. The system is composed of: a reception means for receiving information on the request to issue the ID cards, which comprises at least a customer ID code, member ID codes of the respective members belonging to the customer, data on photographs of faces of the respective members, and data on the attributes of the respective members, from each of the customer-side data processors; a transmission means for responding to the information on the request to issue ID cards, which is received by the reception means; a database means which is connected to the reception means and the transmission means so as to store customer information on the respective customers, the information on the request to issue the ID cards, and information composed of information on the issue of the ID cards, created based on the information on the request to issue the ID cards, in such a manner as to be associated with each of the customer ID codes and an information recording medium issuing means for issuing an information medium where the information on the issue of the ID cards is recorded for each of the customers. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
