<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve efficiency of a dye-sensitized solar cell using solid electrolyte melt as an electrolyte. <P>SOLUTION: This manufacturing method of an oxide semiconductor electrode comprising a conductive substrate and an oxide semiconductor layer includes a process for applying a solution containing metal alkoxide and the solid electrolyte melt to the surface of the conductive substrate to form the oxide semiconductor layer by a sol-gel method. It is preferable that the solution containing metal alkoxide and the solid electrolyte melt further contains an ultraviolet curing monomer, and the method includes a process for curing the ultraviolet curing monomer after forming the oxide semiconductor layer by the sol-gel method. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
