<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To inexpensively form a structure for holding an air distributing pipe in the bottom of a septic tank. <P>SOLUTION: A latching part 25 to engage and support the end of an air distributing part 21 of an air distributing pipe D is formed as integrated on the wall face B of partition walls B2, B3 which fractions the inside of a septic tank.
