PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the most inexpensive pulse excitation driving device wherein a step out region is determined from the relation between torque exerted on a substance and exciting current supplied to the pulse excitation driving device for that torque, and any extra constitution is not required. SOLUTION: A control system 20 comprises CPU 1 which controls the exciting current of the pulse excitation driving device 6 and generates driving pulses, a driver 3 which generates driving power for a motor based on the driving pulse generated by the CPU 1, a memory 2 which stores parameters and the like required for setting the exciting current for the motor, a step out detection circuit 4 which compares the exciting current from the pulse excitation driving device 6 with a reference current value to detect step out, and a D-A converter 5 which generates the reference current value based on the parameters in the memory 2. A mechanical portion 30 comprises the pulse excitation driving device 6 comprising the stepping motor and the like, and a mechanical portion illustrated in the figure. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
