PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bubble producing method capable of producing bubbles having a uniform size in large quantities. SOLUTION: A diluted liquid of a foaming agent and compressed air are supplied into a pipe 3 to be mixed by a plurality of stirring blades 4 provided in the pipeline 9 continued to the pipe 3.
