PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high performance RIM poly(urethane)urea elastomer and a method for producing the same. SOLUTION: This poly(urethane)urea elastomer contains a reaction product of (A) an alophanate-modified diphenylmethane diisocyanate prepolymer having approximately 5-30 % NCO content with (B) an isocyanate-reacting component including (1) a polyetherpolyol having an amine terminal and a high molecular weight and (2) a chain extender or cross-linking agent selected from a group consisting of a polyetherpolyol having an aliphatic amine terminal and a polyetherpolyol having an aliphatic hydroxy terminal as desired in the presence of (C) an inner releasing agent, (D) a surfactant and (E) a filler as appropriate.
