PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To propose a school bag capable of storing physical exercise uniforms, a packed lunch and the like as well as textbooks and notebooks by appropriately partitioning its inside. SOLUTION: The inside of the bag body 2 of the school bag is attached with a folding type partition member 11 in the rear face part 52 of a back pad board 5. When the partition member 11 is extended, the inside of the bag body 2 is formed into a partitioned state and the front side part is partitioned into a top and a bottom. This constitution forms a storage part A storing the textbooks in the upper side, a lower side storage space B for storing the packed lunch in the lower side and a rear side storage space C capable of storing the physical exercise uniforms without folded into small sizes in the rear side. This constitution stores the heavy materials such as the textbooks in the upper side position so as to provide favorable wearing feeling when carrying it on the back and if the dimension of the storage part A is appropriately set, this constitution can prevent the textbooks from moving in the front/rear and left/right.
