PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prolong a usage period without charging or exchanging a power source such as a battery by saving power to be consumed in radio communication equipment for obtaining somatic information. SOLUTION: Somatic information on a management object 101 is obtained by the radio communication equipment which is mounted on the management object 101. A management server 2 for managing somatic information transmits a somatic information transmission request to the radio communication equipment 1, and then, a radio receiving means 22 exclusive for reception in the equipment 1 receives the transmission request of somatic information 101. The power source of a radio transmitting means 21 in the radio communication equipment 1 is turned on in response to the reception of the somatic information transmission request. Then the radio transmitting means 21 transmits somatic information to the management server 2, and the management server 2 receives the somatic information. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
