PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus for parallel bending ends of a coil segment having a high working efficiency with a lower cost and high reliability. SOLUTION: The apparatus 1 for parallel bending double inverts a coaxial odd layer drive shaft 25 and an even layer drive shaft 26, and coaxially inverts an odd layer ring belt 3 and an even layer ring belt 4 via an odd layer drive pin 251 and an even layer drive pin 261. Many grooves are formed on upper edges 31, 41 of both the ring belts to hold tip ends of the coil segment projected from a stator core. When both the belts are double inverted, the ends of the segment are bent and twisted in a staggered manner. Since the constitution of the apparatus 1 is simple, the apparatus 1 has a low cost and high reliability, and still has a high working efficiency by parallel forming the ends of all the coil segments.
