PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a motor for a food factory which can substantially completely prevent an oil from being leaked from a (geared) motor used in the factory with a simple structure. SOLUTION: A V-ring (sealing mechanism) 50 is disposed in a gap S between an opposite load side cover 4 originally existing in the motor M1 and a fan 6. An oil mist floating in the air in the food factory is absorbed by the fan 6 to prevent the mist from being stored in the motor M1 from dripping. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
