PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make two X-ray images created from a portion of patient's body on two different examination dates have a visible and easily identifiable change. SOLUTION: On the two examination dates, a first X-ray image (20) and a second X-ray image (30) are created from the portion of the body of a creature (4). X-ray image data sets corresponding to both the X-ray images (20, 30) are mutually subtracted to produce another image data set. Continuously, image information of the other image data set is intensified to be overlapped with image information of the second X-ray image data set. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
