PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a one-pack type active energy ray-curable resin composition which forms a protective layer having excellent abrasion resistance and chemical resistance, causing no cracks on the curved surface of a molding in transfer and has excellent storage stability. SOLUTION: The active energy ray-curable resin composition comprises a (meth)acrylate-based polymer (A) having 40-300mgKOH/g hydroxy value, preferably a (meth)acrylate-based polymer having 50-285mgKOH/g hydroxy value, 200-600g/eq (meth)acryloyl equivalent and 6,000-40,000weight-average molecular weight and a block polyisocyanate (B) having 300-10,000 weight-average molecular weight, preferably a block polyisocyanate having 600-4,000 weight-average molecular weight.
