PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a developable member capable of treating an object to be treated such as a nucleic acid by a small amount of treatment liquid, a treatment unit, and a treating apparatus. SOLUTION: A cover plate (developable member) 560 is overlapped to a microarray M being a plate (support) P, where the object to be treated is adhered, and develops the treatment liquid for treating the object to be treated in a clearance formed at a portion to the microarray M. In the cover plate 560, a development surface 561a at a side opposite to the microarray M is a smooth surface without any steps and flatness prescribed by JIS B 0621 is 20μm or less in the development surface 561a.
