PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate the mounting of a connecting metal fixture of a hose terminal to a medium metal fixture. SOLUTION: The pressure test apparatus of a hose terminal part for fire fighting comprises a hose connecting pipe having the medium metal fixture connectable to the connecting metal fixture of the hose terminal in such a way as to be freely attached and detached; a water tank and a booster pump for feeding water into a hose via the hose connecting pipe and discharging the water; and a clamp means for pressing and blocking a midpoint in the hose close to the connecting metal fixture. A hose guide having a prescribed length to be guided into the hose is protruded from the medium metal in such a way as to be directed in the direction of connection of the hose. When a pressure test of the hose for fire fighting is performed, it is possible to mount the hose terminal part to the medium metal fixture along the hose guide. Therefore, the work of attaching and detaching the medium metal fixture to and from a mounting metal fixture of the hose. In addition, it is possible to reduce both expansion volume inside the hose and the quantity of water to be used and to shorten a test time. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
