SOLUTION: This exhaust port structure with filter to be provided in a room 1 for handling a toxic material having an influence on a human body or the environment has a filter 9 for preventing the scattering of the toxic material to the outside. Branched exhaust ports 11 are provided at the tip of an exhaust duct 7, and the filter 9 is provided on each branched exhaust port 11.
