PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve productivity of a refilling roll staple. SOLUTION: An end part of a tape 22 is adhered to a surface of an outer peripheral side end part of the roll staple 21, and the roll staple 21 is bound by winding the tape 22. In a staple cartridge 31, a tape extracting port 36 is arranged on the opposed side on a surface of a staple of a guide part 34, and when extracting and pulling the tape outside from the tape extracting port by loading the roll staple in a staple chamber 32, a tip part of the staple is introduced into a horizontal guide 35. The tape is easily adhered and bound more than a conventional roll staple for adhering the end part of the tape to the reverse of the outer peripheral side end part of the roll staple, and the productivity of the roll staple is improved.
