PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a molding material of a vinyl ester resin, which has improved mechanical properties by imparting toughness to the vinyl ester resin without impairing excellent heat resistance and electric properties of the vinyl ester resin. SOLUTION: The molding material of the vinyl ester resin comprises the vinyl ester resin (a), an inorganic base material (b) and a thermoplastic polyurethane (c) as essential components. The molding material of the vinyl ester resin preferably comprises 15-30 wt.% based on the whole molding material of the vinyl ester resin (a), 60-80 wt.% of the inorganic base material (b) and 10-25 part wt. of the thermoplastic polyurethane resin (c) based on 100 parts wt. of the vinyl ester resin (a).
