PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable an article drawing/delivering operation at high speed without wasting time. SOLUTION: When drawing articles, a controlling device 112 makes a conveyor 109 approach a bottom of a target article 105 from the lower side of the article 105 by driving a drive motor M1 and a lifting motor M2, and drives a sliding motor M3, the lifting motor M2 and a conveying motor M4 in an overlapping manner. As a result, at the time of article lifting, while a travel cart 106 is traveled, the conveyor 109 is projected to the article 105 side, a lifting part 107 is lifted to contact the conveyor 109 with the bottom of the article 105, and the conveyor 109 is driven.
