PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a suspension cargo from swinging when accelerating and decelerating a crane by a simple device configuration. SOLUTION: When accelerating the crane 1, linear acceleration is performed, and a distance at which a pendulum moves down to the lowermost point R<SB>1</SB>using a running start point as dead center R<SB>0</SB>is a downward displacement distanceΔh<SB>1</SB>. 1/4 cycle of the pendulum is obtained in advance to perform linear deceleration when stopping the crane 1. An upward displacement distance at which the pendulum moves up to dead center using a deceleration start point as the lowermost point and 1/4 cycle of the pendulum are obtained in advance to make linear acceleration time t agree with time T/4 of 1/4 cycle of the pendulum when accelerating the crane 1. The suspension cargo 5 is wound down by the downward displacement distanceΔh<SB>1</SB>within the time T/4 of 1/4 cycle of the pendulum. When stopping the crane 1, linear deceleration time is made to agree with the time of 1/4 cycle of the pendulum and the suspension cargo 5 is wound up by the upward displacement distance within the time of 1/4 cycle of the pendulum.
