PURPOSE: A tray for impressing teeth and jaw is provided to achieve a sanitary and precise impression by adjusting the tray according to the jaw of a target person in the mouth of the target person and solve the problems such as the inconvenience of adapting the tray to the jaw of the target person. CONSTITUTION: A connecting portion(9) is projected on the front surface of an impression retaining portion(8) to be engaged thereto by a hinge manner. A fixing pin is inserted into a fixing pin holding groove(13) perforated on the center of the connecting portion(9), thereby rotating right and left impression retaining portions(8) around the fixing pin. A holding groove(12) perforated on a handle(6) and a guide plate(3) and a guide rail(10) are formed integral and fixed by guide pins(1,2), thereby making the impression retaining portion(8) adjust the tray according to the jaw of the target person while the impression retaining portion(8) moves in one direction.
