METHOD FOR ARRANGING COMPARATOR ARRAY OF FLASH ANALOG DIGITAL CONVERSION CIRCUIT

PURPOSE: A method for arranging a comparator array of a flash analog digital conversion circuit is provided to prevent the increase of an offset voltage because comparators constituting the comparator array are influenced by adjacent comparators. CONSTITUTION: A reference voltage generation unit(10) generates reference voltages and is arranged by being folded. A comparator array(20) comprises comparators generating digital signals having thermometer coefficients by comparing voltage differences of the reference voltages and an analog input signal. And an encoder(30) generates a digital signal of n bits by encoding the digital signal having the thermometer coefficients.
