PURPOSE: A cooling system of a clutch assembly is provided to cut off the inflow of outer foreign materials by closing an inlet and an outlet in stopping and opening the inlet and outlet only in traveling by rotating an opening and closing plate and to increase the performance of a clutch and the life span of parts by preventing the overheating of the clutch assembly with an air-cooled method. CONSTITUTION: A cooling system of a clutch assembly(1) is composed of an inlet and an outlet(12,14) arranged to the upper and lower sides of a clutch housing(10), respectively, to communicate with the inside of the clutch housing and an opening and closing plate(110) rotatively installed to the inner peripheral surface of the end of the inlet and the outlet by an opening and closing device and selectively opened only in traveling. The opening and closing device comprises hinge shafts(150) axial-combined to the inlet and the outlet to rotate one end of the opening and closing plate and spring members(210) installed to the inner peripheral surfaces of the inlet and the outlet and the opening and closing plate to support the opening and closing plate in one direction with proper elastic force.
