PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prompt users to continuously utilize information.

SOLUTION: A certification image is generated by an information management device 3 on the basis of information registered by a user 2 and is issued to an information processing terminal 1 which the user 2 has. When the user 2 purchases a prescribed commodity at a store 4 and presents the certification image, the certification image is transferred from the information processing terminal 1 to a store terminal 5, and verification of the certification image is requested from the store terminal 5 to the information management device 3. When it is verified that the certification image is valid, a certification image to be newly displayed instead of the certification image displayed on the information processing terminal 1 is generated at this time by the information management device 3 and is transmitted to the information processing terminal 1 through the store terminal 5. This method is applicable to the apparatus to be utilized when it is necessary that the user is identified.
