<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thermal recording material which allows compatibility between the traveling performance of a thermal head and the prevention of a whitening. <P>SOLUTION: A manufacturing method of the thermal recording material, wherein a coating liquid for the thermal recording material is dried by being applied onto a substrate, is characterized in that a coated layer after coating is cooled after being heated for 1-600 seconds at a surface temperature of 50-100 after showing a decreasing rate of drying. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
