PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a compact apparatus which can open easily a see-through clear carton made of a resin which is difficult to supply, in a box state, continuously to the cartoning side due to strong rigidity. SOLUTION: In the apparatus, the clear carton 1 made of the resin collected and aligned in one direction is positioned with a stopper 6 which is moved up and down with a cylinder 8 and a thin stopper plate 5 is inserted in the bag part at the bottom part of the carton using the other cylinder 7 and the front side face of the carton sucked by a vacuum pad 10 is pulled to open the bottom part having strongest resistant force to a lozenge shape using the stopper plate as a brake. Further while maintaining the state, it is passed through a correction guide 11, 12 to make a square box shape and is sent out to a turn table 13. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
