PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cellular phone of which the operability and the convenience are enhanced by which various kinds of settings and switchings are made possible while folding the phone even without opening it by providing a plurality of operation means on a sub-display surface of the cellular phone having a camera function. SOLUTION: This invention is provided with a first display means 5 on the surface of a first cabinet 2 which faces the second cabinet 3 when folded, a second display means 20, an imaging means 21 and the plurality of operation means 23, 24a, 24b on the rear surface of the first display means 5 of the first cabinet 2.
