PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of enhancing effect by combining a quick-listening and a picture together. SOLUTION: When a quick-listening voice data are played back, a natural sound is played back at normal speed at the same time and a moving picture corresponding to the natural sound is simultaneously displayed. By applying an equalizing processing to the quick-listening voice data, the data are reproduced as the voice of frequency that an unborn baby hears in the mother's body. By applying the equalizer processing to the quick-listening voice data, the frequency band used for foreign language is emphasizedly reproduced. A moving image in the scene of a natural environment is displayed at the same time when the quick-listening voice data are played back. The speed at which the picture is moved in the scene of the natural environment is increased in synchronization with the speed of the quick-listening. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
