PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bolt with a knob incorporating with a nut which facilitates forming and enhances strength by improving restraint of internal strain and construction and is capable of manufacturing from ordinary components. SOLUTION: The bolt comprises a bolt holder 10 which is adapted to coaxially provide a through hole 11 through which a threaded section 21 of the bolt penetrates, a recessed hole 12 accommodating a bolt head 22 and a collar 13; the knob 31 which is adapted to provide a hooked piece 32 on the back and a protrusive piece 33 abutting on edge of the polygonal guard 13; an elastic piece 40 which embeds clearance between the bolt head 22 accommodated in the recessed hole 12 and the other side of the knob 31. The bolt is configured to accommodate the bolt head 22 into the recessed hole 12 by penetrating the threaded section 21 of the bolt 20 through the through hole 11 of the bolt holder 10 and then push the knob 31 into by interposing the elastic piece 40 between the bolt head 22 and the other side of the knob 31 and abut the protrusive piece 33 on outer peripheral surface of the collar 13 and hook the hooked piece 32 in the polygonal collar 13.
